Quails and partridges are to be found in the hilly areas not far away from the Danube.

The only not breaded wild phesants are to be found in the Delta.

THere are some real information about hunting and fishing:

The season starts at 15 of august and in the month of August and September there are good results at quails and ring doves. By the end of September and of course in October and first half of December there is a splendid season for ducks and geese.

These are just some of the species to be hunt.

Of course the Danube Delta offers a large possibility for sports angling.
In the big channels carp and wells are to be found in deep profundities.
On the lakes and small channels ,one can have extraordinary results for pike and perch fishing especially in autumn.
